Do I need to be home for you to come clean my house?

At Posh Cleaning Crew, our goal is to provide you with more time to focus on what matters most while we handle your cleaning needs. You are not required to be present during your scheduled cleaning services, whether they are one-time or recurring. Upon establishing cleaning services, we will coordinate the necessary arrangements for secure entry into your property. This may include providing a spare key, a door code, or a garage code. Our team will ensure your property is locked and secure upon completion of our services. For those who prefer to be home during the cleaning, no problem, we’re more than happy to work around you as you relax or go about your daily routine. We just ask that you allow our cleaners the space to perform their tasks, as to ensure that the efficiency of the cleaning is not disrupted. Time will be allotted at the end of the service to do a walkthrough and address any concerns that you may have.

What should I do before the Posh Cleaning team arrives?

This is such an excellent question, and we’re so glad you asked. Our highly-skilled cleaners are eager for your home to be as fresh and clean as possible. No need to run the vacuum before we arrive - that's what you hire us for! However, for the most efficient and effective clean, we ask that you please do the following to prepare for the visit:

  • Tidy Up: While our team is equipped to handle your cleaning needs, we kindly request that you pick up any toys, clothing, or trash prior to our arrival. This allows us to focus on delivering the highest quality clean. Please note that an additional charge may apply for properties requiring extensive junk removal or organization due to excessive mess.
  • Linens: If you would like us to change your bed linens, please place a clean set (fitted sheet, flat sheet, and pillowcases) on top of each bed to be serviced.
  • Temperature Settings: During the summer months, we ask that you ensure the property is set to a comfortable indoor temperature. Excessive heat not only creates an uncomfortable working environment but may also pose a health risk to our team.

Do your cleaners accept tips?

While tipping is not required, it is a generous way to show appreciation for our cleaners' hard work. Please note that tips are not included in your cleaning charge and should be considered as an additional gesture. You can provide a tip directly to the cleaners or add it to your invoice. All tips are fully passed on to the cleaners with their payout. We encourage you to consider tipping at the end of each service or offering a larger tip at the end of the year. Your gesture of gratitude is always warmly received and greatly valued.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel?

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 3 business days before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your service will incur charges. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new request. For more details, please review our Terms and Conditions.

How many cleaners will be assigned to my home?

We tailor our cleaning teams based on the size of your home and the scope of work required. Typically, we deploy a team that can complete the job within 3 to 4 hours. This may involve one or more cleaners, depending on your specific needs.

Do you always send the same team?

At Posh Cleaning Crew, we understand that consistency is key to delivering the clean you expect. That's why we strive to send the same team to your home for each scheduled service. In the event that a team member is unavailable, we ensure that a qualified replacement is selected to maintain the same high standards of care. All of our cleaning professionals undergo extensive training, guaranteeing a consistent and thorough quality of service every time.

Do I need to provide your team with my own cleaning equipment or supplies?

No. We arrive with everything we need to get your home sparkling, and we take all our supplies and equipment with us when we leave. If you have preferences in regards to the cleaning products and equipment we use, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Does my house need to be completely empty for a move-in / move-out clean?

For optimal results, move-in and move-out cleanings are best performed in an empty home. If you have some items or furniture remaining, please let us know in advance. We will make every effort to work around them and ensure a thorough cleaning of your property.

Can pets be home during a cleaning?

Yes, pets can be home during a cleaning. We love all kinds of pets! To make the process smooth for both your pets and our team, consider placing them in a safe and comfortable space. For pets that may be protective of your home, it’s best to keep them in a separate area or outside during the cleaning. If you won’t be home during our visit, please inform us in advance so we can arrange everything accordingly.

How often can you clean my home?

At Posh Cleaning, we offer a variety of flexible cleaning options to suit your needs. Whether you prefer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service, we’re here to accommodate your schedule. We also provide one-time maid services for special events, moving, or any other occasion. Enjoy the freedom of our contract-free service, allowing you to adjust your cleaning frequency to fit your lifestyle and budget. Please note that while we strive to be as accommodating as possible, any changes made within 72 hours of your scheduled service will incur an additional fee.

Are Posh Cleaning’s cleaners trustworthy & reliable?

Absolutely! At Posh Cleaning, we are committed to providing exceptional service through a team of highly trustworthy and reliable professionals. We rigorously screen all potential hires with comprehensive background checks and thorough vetting processes to ensure their suitability. Additionally, each of our cleaners undergoes extensive professional training to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and reliability.

When and how do I pay?

For all residential cleanings, payment is required before the service is completed, prior to the team's departure. We accept payments electronically through Zelle, Venmo, Apple Cash, and credit card (a 3.1% processing fee applies for credit card payments).

If payment is not completed by the end of the service, the card on file will be automatically charged on the following business day by 8 AM.
